Ordering goods

By sending the internet order of the selected goods the customer confirms the binding character of its order and gives an approval to the Terms of K.R.Elixír Company, Ltd. If the customer, when placing his orders, filled correctly his e-mail address, he will receive a copy of his order as a confirmation that his order entered into the ordering system.

Cancel Order

Order cancellation by the buyer

Order can be canceled only by fax, e-mail, if the status of the order is received and the goods were not shipped. In case of late cancellation of the order, the company is entitled to claim damages, particularly demonstrable costs associated with the expedition.

Order cancellation by the seller

The operator of this Internet online store has the right to cancel the order or its part in the event that the goods ordered during the order process, significantly changes its price. The operator of this online store has the right to cancel the order if the order had not been paid. About this cancellation will be the customer informed. If (in the meantime) the customer his goods paid (in full amount), he will be refunded the relevant amount as soon as possible.

Supply of goods

Goods are normally dispatched within 2 to 4 working days. In case of unavailability of goods or longer delivery time the customer will be notified by e-mail without any penalties on our part.
